The staff truly made our stay memorable, especially the housekeeping team who maintained our rooms with incredible care; nothing beats returning to a perfectly clean sanctuary after a day of adventure! While the outdoor pool wasn't an option during our chilly visit, we enjoyed the chill vibes of the lounge area and indulged in the delicious breakfast buffet that fueled our days. The free Wi-Fi made it super easy to stay connected, which I value immensely as a travel consultant. Plus, having some adorable coffee spots and lunch eateries within walking distance was a real treat for those leisurely afternoons. For all of you who love a little pampering, I highly recommend checking out the sauna; it's perfect for unwinding after a day full of exploring. I left Hotel Caiuá feeling refreshed and grateful for the hospitality, not to mention how much I appreciated that one determined staff member cleaning outside despite the cold! Definitely a place I'd revisit.
